I'm in the Outer Richmond, work Downtown SF and have the wrench and a puller bolt.

Measure one day, order that night, have the shims in another day. He's just down in San Diego and ships pretty quick. Plus I think he's still cheaper than anywhere else.
 
Also Motoguild on treasure island has the tools and shims, but they are a diy community-ish garage so you would prolly have to do the work there, which in my opinion is not a bad thing. Even if you decide not to do it there you should check it out, mg is a great resource.
