He's teaching others how to drive a motorcycle in the streets of, I'm guessing, Sao Paulo. He talks about how you watch ahead and watch the tires of cars, what size motorcycle one should start on, wet streets, the kinds of stupid things people do on the street, and how little they really pay attention to what they're doing. On occasion he's said DON'T do what I'm doing because it's wrong. He only does it because he knows exactly what he's doing. He seems a bit crazy, but it's not uncommon on the streets down here, though I've never seen them in Sao Paulo. I'm not sure if he's driving a 250, the motor sounds too nice for a 250. Also towards the end he started speaking a bit fast and I lost track of what he was saying a couple of times.
