Moto friendly (Sport bike/Touring bike) - room for rent in large, quiet Livermore home (in a court). Four bedroom, 2.5 bath home near downtown. 3 car garage stacked with bikes, large back yard. If you don't mind my Ducati v4s displayed as artwork in the living room, you might be a fit. Because I'm a dad, and have a 12 year old daughter (who is home 1/2 time) I prefer females, but the right type of guy could workout. No drugs, smoking or pets. Available in early 2023.
