Moved to the city and looking to share some secure space for the new racebike and of course the ability to wrench on it would be really nice and much needed too.

Any leads would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

-Ryan

Liko just got back from drooling over Alex's playhouse, I bet he's up for finding some place to share a rent space for a workshop...

Hahaha... it really was pretty funny, Liko was like a little kid in a candy store. I think the dyno room just about put him over the edge! :laughing

When are you guys moving out here?????

Ryan, I have room for you ...maybe not as cool as what Alex's is like from what I am hearing but I have 10,000 sq ft .. 5,000 shop and 5,000 office and phones and play station area and photo rooms... I am Auburn so like 1.5 away from SF... So Ryan if that will work let me know... Totally secure for sure... Had 2 kid's one day try to just look around at (o dark thirty) and he almost got a face full of buckshot by our resident evil boy... "King Ricky" So basically like a security patrol. :)

i'm already in the city...I live on the corner of Divisidaro and Fulton across from Lily's BBQ, next to the Independent. I would prefer to keep it in SF because I have a history of having to fix things often...but beggers can't be choosers.

Alex, you have a shop or something? I will be willing to pay the going rate for floor space and what not.

Seesm, The auburn thing sounds very inviting too. 10,000 sq ft. is BIG. If I can't find anything in SF, I will take you up on your offer! But man, that is a long ways to drive...

Kim, can you PM me Liko's contact?

Thanks everyone!

I would love to help you out, but my spot isn't for wrenching, sorry. good luck and welcome to SF!

Liko isn't far from you, but I've been looking for something in the Marina for a few years without luck... Let me know if you guys need a third as I know Liko and I'd be happy to get in on something if we could pull it.

Only issue is in SF it's nearly $400 per single car garage and for a place to store three bikes, tires, gear, tools, etc, would probably be closer to a grand...

Emeryville still has some garage space left though, so who knows.

Liko to the rescue!! (I'd believe it if he didn't always do all his bike maintenance at the track!).

sheeeet, I bet Riner would be willing to chip in just a bit. Me too if there are enough people. Of course I would prefer to be in the East Bay area since that's by my bro's house, but in between there and the city would be pretty cool.

Hrm, guess I should feel lucky for having a full-size garage/shop. At 21st & Valencia.

All to myself.

just no racebike... :cry

and why aren't you renting it out, Ryan?

Kim, Texeria, Liko and Stan, let's get this going? If there were 5 of us we could easily knock a spot out, we just couldn't all be there to work on our bikes at the same time. I'm in the east bay too, so I wouldn't mind that kim.

Plus, Texeria, two of those guys (kim and stan) would never be around as they're out of state and we coudl steal parts of their bikes!!

Gorman might be in too.

No worries... I do have alot of room if need be... I am just tryingt o keep my whole deal.. .House and shop and keep trying to "play race" Godo to see your coming back after your travels Ryan... -Craig Mason

Kim I got your post via email but could not find it... I have enough room for the whole Pinapple mafia at my place for sure... Let me know what you all need... I have a mill, welder and all sorts of other tools... just tossed my old lathe but will get another soon too.

Ryan, the tough part is the commute to Hayward SUCK! and the stuff in SF would be a little cost prohibitive even if we have 5 people. That and the Oakland stuff REALLY isn't very safe and that's no joke.

If you do find anything that would work out to $200 or so let me know, but I know that'll be tough in SF (bayview would be rough depending on the st.).

We should just wait for Kim to move here and use his garage!

You guys suck... I needing to fill my shop with love and ideas.. We can start some new road race products up and stuff... A bit of a drive but once you see the area you will fall in love.. :)
