Progress continues, and slowly! Up to 20 pushups now, and yesterday I hit a new high on the bench press, 135 pounds, and it was easy. As always, I discover that over training results in getting stuck, and taking some time off allows higher levels.

Minimal pain, just the pins and needles, except on cold days, then it feels exactly like bad arthritis. Ever see the old folks rubbing their hands together? They ain't countin money, lol.
