Making the right decision as an older rider

Sound like we had similar experiences with you FZR400 and CBR900RR.

I took your advice. I bought it.
 
I bought it yesterday! Immediately took it to Saratoga and onto Hwy 9 for lunch at Alice's. Then 35 back to the City.

It felt great! I guess my old back ain't got sportbike issues. Although I did have some sore muscles on my azz. (Dear.... can you massage me) 😉

Still not keen on the price I paid but, I've worked all my life to buy this toy. I think there is one R1M left at GP Sports, SJ. (Ask for Russ. Dude squared me away) After this 2024 is gone, good luck getting a '25 as it's likely the final year of the R1/M.

Congratulations Miguel!!

Sportbikes are simply the best. If one can tweak it to fit the ergos, there is no reason to not have at least one in the garage.
