McRib is returning!

I used to LOVE Big Macs. And every time I ate one, I'd get violent cases of diarrhea. So, a couple weeks would pass and I'd think ," it was probably just a bad one", so I'd have another and get the poops again. It was a choice between satisfying my taste buds or explosive evacuation of my bowels.

This used to happen to me every time I went out for mexican - turned out that I inherited my father's allergy to onions.

Big Macs are full of onions.

I do not want to find these, like I said, I don't fuck around with fast food very often anymore. Too old for that shit. Usually if I do, it is breakfast because I need to grub before a meeting first thing in the morning.

McDonald's breakfast is still just the best damn one.

Dunkin > McD's for breakfast - but those are harder to come by out there.

A Egg McMuffin without margarine is the only thing I eat at McDonald’s and that’s just once every year or so.
 
The last time they brought the McRib back, a Brazilian friend of mine told me he tried a McHib for the first time ever.

Took me awhile to figure out what he was talking about.

Breakfast menu only. For McDonald's and pretty much every fast food spot.

Except Jack in the Box. Because their tacos have crack in the meat and I have an addiction.

As much as I do not fuck around with fast food very often in regular life, when I travel for work to the East Coast or Midwest, I am usually at Dunkin in the morning almost every day, There is almost always one near the hotel.

I still never understood my Pop's excitement over White Castle though.

I like the sausage burritos as driving food for real. Super easy to manage when driving to a site. The hash browns are awesome, although I like the nugget style BK ones better. The Sausage McMuffin with Egg is just the perfect breakfast sando.
 
Out of curiosity I rinsed the sauce off a McRib once. The grey mass that was left made me assume it was cooked in a pressure vessel then frozen. No taste at all, texture like aged foam from an old moto seat.

Those of you who salivate at the thought of a McRib have a sterner constitution than I.

That's fair. It's probably a good thing I've only had a few McRibs ever so the addiction didn't take hold of me.
 
I'm pretty sure I ate a McRib once... About 30 years ago.
