Look at the exhaust. and the guy has some real Popeye action on the fore arms that seems to be from out of whack perspective. Plus there are no levers on the hand controls.

I've seen guys on bikes like that before. If you look again, you can see the clutch lever.

Lol. I was just giving the CA violiation, i.e. cvc. I think the person I quoted lives here, at least the profile says so.
