I've never seen anything remotely like this or the Dark Dog Moto Tour in the US. In the new On Any Sunday there was an event down in Costa Mesa with street Harleys racing on a speedway track, so that's a little like Dirt Quake.

"Austere" is an interesting modifier for speed enforcement. Does that mean they don't spend any money on it, or do you think it's strict?
