Notes:
- First of two rounds at Misano this month with an official test in between.

I am thinking this is the 3 weeks that can give Jorge the push to the C'ship.
I think he has a great shot at doing the double again.. but tis racing so we will see.

Certainly Pecco will need to keep things tight and be on point. If he falters that could open the door for 89.

Man I miss Fabio rocking at the front of the field.

The FIM has extended its contract with Dorna to operate MotoGP through 2060. Yes, thats 36 years from now or a couple more generations of Ezpeletas.

Good to see Pecco out and about and rocking. All the top points guys direct to Q2.

Great to see Fabio slide in as well. Franco did not make Binders day with a late fast lap.

Good stuff today. A great start led to a win. A podium for a VR46 man put two satellite bikes on the podium.

The total amaze was the amount of riders with track limit warnings. Only 1 points man did not have one.

Great performance for the win. :thumbup

Yikes! Scary shit man...glad it wasn't worse.

I was at Daytona when Stuart Stratton was killed and a race official was injured in a pit lane crash.

I didn't see it happen but our rider Lee Acree did. Awful. This is why we have pit lane speed limits now.

Second win in a row and a new race lap record today. MM93 is distributing sleepless nights to the paddock for the rest of the season.

And the ship tightens up again!!!

As for Marc, I was getting used to VR46 being the clear GOAT (in my mind) but now Marc is raising questions…he could win again, although the competition sure is stiff.

oh, Rossi's definitely still the GOAT. if Marc makes it to 40, runs a couple of teams, and builds an entire operation that trains and manages every Spaniard that comes through MotoGP then there'd be something to talk about...

Well... the race was one where a split second bad decision tightened the points race.

Good on Marc. I was not as happy for him this time :laughing but still happy. Mr. Gresini took a leak from above that was all it took.

Repsol out is shocking. Having them drop out really confirms how much Honda has fallen.
Makes me sad that we will not see that livery out there.

M2 was good and that Championship also took a huge redirection. Misano delivered in that regard.

Hahaha...sorry they didn't get a camera on Rossi watching from trackside as MM whooped all his boys in their own house.

"When you win, rub it in!" :ride 🏁

Good news is they have a 10 days to rest, recover, regroup and come out swinging at Misano #2.

That Gresini livery was on point. Hope Pecco can pull himself out of whatever funk he's in, I don't want to hear about fuckin Marquez all day every day :laughing

Jorge Jorge Jorge.... ....what were you thinking?! You had it perfect. Follow Pecco and go in when he does and ONLY if he does. If you go to the end without the pit, your mediums should allow you to pass! I really want JM to win this championship for a variety of reasons. I believe if he can win the next Misano, he's got it (mentally at least). If he loses, while not done, it will be incredibly deflating. What would be epic, though I 'd prefer a dry race, is another F2F this time with JM89 winning it or at the very least, finishing ahead of Pecco. Race started interesting, ended a bit stagnant. Joe Joe Joe... ...what's it going to take to get you to the front of that Moto 2 category. I don't know who I feel worse for, you or Aron "Start Me Up" Canet (Rolling Stones "Tattoo You" reference, 1981 kiddies) with his perpetual second place finishes. One (with a twisted mind...ahem) can't help but wonder if Mr. Ink is subconsciously subservient (click it, you know you want to) and always destined to be number two. Either that or he's trying match Randy "Perpetual Seconds Count Too" Mamola's record in GP!

You think he would have won if not for the f2f and Martin's horrible decision making skills?
