no way that's it! You mean I can make a WSB into a GP bike with engine mod and better spocket.
uve gotta get all the powdercoating off the frame and polish it. then u could call it a CRT bike. does that count as a GP?

Are you talking race wise or selling wise?
Either way... racing they've beat honda not only in GP but also WSBK. And selling wise, Ducati's sales are up by a lot compared to everyone else if I recall.
Not sure why you think Honda is the Big bad wolf when they are clearly another manufactor that gets it wrong and right just like the others.

No, Honda is an international company that sells cars, bikes, generators, jet skis, snow mobiles, etc etc. They are huge and have deep pockets, witness their FOUR bike lineup. Ducati does not have the deep pockets. I love their bikes and the sport, but they can not begin to compete with Honda on spending. It's that simple.
Kawi, Suzuki, Ducati, Yamaha, MV Augusta and Honda have all won GPs but next year the only competition will be honda, yamaha and possibly ducati. I don't see Suzuki or Kawi out there throwing money away.
You need to do both sprockets or it will wheelie too much!
I get your point and by your own definition, that would include Kawi as well in the dominating force because that company is huge but yet you can't find a single one of their GP bikes on the grid...
Honda my have all the money in the world but they have only proved the exact opposite of what you're saying. They have gone out and spent 10x's that of other companies and have only won 1 ship since Rossi left in 2004. And even now they've spent crazy cash to get the bike were it is and the best riders to ride it but yet only lead the ship by 30 something points.
They don't need MotoGP.
