I'm looking for a reputable motorcycle shipping company. I've tried googling for companies then I google reviews of those companies and find out those companies are crap. Ive got a bid up on uship.com but have only had 1 offer which might fall through.

So anyone know of a reputable motorcycle shipping company that can ship cross country and insures their deliveries?

u dont need a specific motorcycle shipper

try abf freight

the main thing is getting the bike strapped down in a custom box pallet, or just having it strapped down to a pallet

the freight company just needs a truck loading dock so they can backup roll the pallet jack out, roll your bike in the trailer and be off, anything else your paying for extra crap - like "specific care for motorcycles, custom motorcycles enclosure, blah blah blah"

think more of getting a quote to move a "packed pallet" vs a motorcycle.

They look pretty legit thanks! I think this will work for me

ABF will drop the pallet box, you load it, they'll pick it up. Done.

I won't be able to pallet the bike, circumstances won't allow it. I had to decline the palleted bids on uship.

Well, if I utilize motorcycle shippers dock to dock shipping then I might be able to ship this bike for a lot less than I had originally planned, woot :thumbup

Haulbike.com

If you want full service, Federal Transport is a good option. I used them to get a bike from the east coast. They are associated with Allied.

Full service - Door to door, you don't have to worry about pallets, etc.

Haulbikes took a month to get my last bike from Milwaukee to Sacramento. One month. Last time I shipped bikes it was all the way across the country with a regular freight company and it took them two weeks. I'll never use Haulbikes again.

If you want secure you can use one of the companies listed above or below. If you are on the cheap use uship and name your own price! I just got a bike at a auction in Spokane nad put a bid out and a shipped picked it up in 24 hours ($375). The bike was at my house in 3 days. Ok the shipper wasn't a professional but it was wrecked adn I didn't really care as long as they didn't damage it any more and they didn't. Good to go.
