Not a moderator, but...

What you could do to help that along would be to post links to the other good threads and put quotes here, indicating which post had that information. Then we'll have the good stuff here and you won't be passing the work off to somebody else.

I currently have a bike on the way from Texas using Federal. I went with them because the guy I bought the bike from, a friend of a friend, had used Federal for a couple high value bikes and had nothing but good things to say. My concern was not who was cheapest, but rather getting the bike here in the same shape it left Texas in. That's hard to gauge up front, but Federal seems to know their stuff, and they were attentive, responsive, and friendly. Also, there's no prep required—their local agent shows up, loads the bike on to what is essentially a rolling metal pallet, and takes it from there. Easy peasy.

Total cost? $630. About what I expected, maybe a tiny bit more. Bike arrives today, and assuming it's all good, I'll be very happy with the overall experience.

This same guy has been spamming all the Moto forums by replying to necro threads. Weird type of marketing for his company/client.

Posted on SBR as well, same link to the same company.

Just used Wolverine (https://www.wolverinecycle.com/front.php) to ship my bike from NorCal down to SoCal for $295.00

Highlights:
- Great price, quick turn-around.
- Video walk-around at time of pickup and drop off.
- Enclosed trailer, he only ships motorcycles.
- When there were delays/issues, he communicated them quickly and kept me in the loop.
- Straightforward communication, no sales guys bs-ing you. Just the owner of the business telling you what's happening and how they do business.

Downsides:
- The transporter struggled a bit with my bike (it's a tall bike, he was not). Zero damage caused, just he needed an extra set of hands loading/unloading.

Note:
- The driver got delayed before the start of my shipment by a couple days. This was communicated to me and wasn't the fault of Wolverine/the driver but it happened. It was initially supposed to be picked up on Friday and arrive Saturday but it got picked up Monday evening and arrived on Weds morning.

This was all done (even with the delays) within one-week of me reaching out to them to arrange the shipping. I think there was some lucky timing involved as the driver was already heading south so this was easy to add-on.
