It is about freekin time!

My question, why does it take further investigation when a group of youths attacks people and use racial slurs in the process. Cant wait to hear the defense arguments.

:wtf

I got called a honkey on BART the other day, I found the strangeness of it more funny than insulting. :laughing

The bar for establishing a crime as a 'hate crime' is quite high and the associated paperwork is fairly extensive.

It's all part

it's all part Of the the Slur Reclamation Program. Look what it did for for N-word my Honkey!

Are you referring to the 3rd St light rail muggings? If so, I think they need to employ EBM:

Yup. The black kids that beat the shit out of the white kid pretty much got away with a slap on the wrist. A white kid (Jeremiah Munsen) who hung a noose from his truck was convicted of a federal hate crime.

And this is who he really beat up.

Biography
Rising from the streets of New York's ghettos to television superstardom, Jimmie Walker personifies the great American success story. His catch phrase "Dyn-o-mite!" is part of the modern vernacular, and he became such a major celebrity in the 1970's that Time Magazine named him "Comedian of the Decade."

Musta been the 70s cause I dont remember this Comedian of the decade.
