I been running the new BT003's since last summer now. I got mine thru The Track club. I love these tires!
 
The BT003 DOT race tires are available thru our trackside race tire vendors. There is a BT003 Racing Street line coming out later this year to replace the BT002 racing street line.

looks like the link says the 002 are les stickier than the bt016.. wierd..

Improved handling: the 002RS's handled quite well for me with super duper quick turn in.

Better contact feel & feedback: Again the 2RS's gave me great feel and superb feedback!

Better grip & great wear life: 2RS's gave me a lot of grip never had a problem with them at all. Wear life didnt last to long for me on the street probably 2500-3000 miles max but it is a give and take situation.

Over all the 3RS sounds freaking awesome! I cant wait to try out a pair :teeth

i got about 2k from the bt016 I would like 3.5k.. I may go back to michilens.. but I do like the bt016 better
