Thought id share with you all a new to me bike... Just got her and am fallin in love the more I ride it..engine is butter smoooooth and its been nice having all the power with the added comfort without the sore back and wrists.. she came with steel braided lines, corbin seat, ultra light racing rims, heated grips, full vanes n Hines system sounds purty... I just added the db screen thought it looks nice. I am going sport touring this season and for everyday 2up use this bike rocks and gets great gas mileage I didn't want to go BIG with a zzr1200 the 11 is perfect..i do miss the duel exhaust any suggestions? Taking the stickers off soon and a full detail are on the schedule..new rubber getting mounted next week stay tuned for tour reports..

I'm curious what kind of MPG you're getting.

that bike was on my very-short list for quite some time a few years back.

Nice purchase man :thumbup I know a lot of modern sportbike riders might scoff at the purchase of an older bike like that*, but if you want to tour two-up - hell, even one-up with a bunch of gear - that is a great choice. I don't know the mileage or what you paid, but you will have tons of fun on that bike! Looks hella clean with some nice mods.

Get out there this summer and enjoy this great state of California (and beyond) on your new bike! :ride

*"pig", "shitty brakes", "horrible suspension", "no power" :laughing ,etc.
Pay no attention to anyone who says any of the above. It's for touring,
not the track :|

You must mean 6.2 gallon, because 6.2 litres would get you about 75 miles, er 120km.

yep my bad :laughing 6.2 gallons

cool bike, i saw you at the Starbucks posing for a bit yesterday. You definitely look like you were enjoying yourself!

What no love for the big 11? SHOULD HAVE GOT A ZX14 THEN:laughing jk cant afford the 14 just yet.. the 11 is a entry level sport-touring bike for my budget

Right. I was trying to block the entire space after seeing consecutive people almost back into the sv.

Only losers buy kawasakis.

Enjoy your big red kawk.
