NFL 2018/2019 Thread

lol let the Nick Mullins era begin!

Hard to believe is that there's still faith in a team who lost to Arizona...twice...to pull off anything resembling a win.

Middle kids are different from the eldest. I'm saying that as a middle kid and a parent with three kids.

Given the state of NCAA wealth generation on the backs of its slave athletes I have no problem understanding the perspective he's taking. I'd have to meet him and hash it out before I put a thumb down on him though.

...scratch that. Nick is the youngest. I'd still have to sit down with him to get an idea of where his head's at.

Well, like I said. Joey Bosa has spent half of his career injured. So far he has played like 24 of 40 potential starts or something like that.

Now Nick is taking off the rest of his final college year as a result of injury to, "Prepare for the draft." Sounds to me like another $20 million a year bench warmer in the making. I would probably shy away from drafting him.

I ain’t gonna get cocky since it’s a 9er home game.... :laughing

Last ever battle of the bay. Kind of sad you know?

what's sad is the state of affairs both teams are under. They both past "pathetic" several games ago.

yeah you wouldn't want a guy that would, say, refuse to play for a team that drafts him in order to force a trade...that never works out

:rofl:laughing:rofl:thumbup:thumbup:thumbup

Sure, off the top rope in the middle of the DMV. I don't understand the tie in. Eli has never been injured. Like, not ever. He sets records with that shit. :dunno

Personally, I was against the trade for Eli. It isn't how we normally do business, and I thought they were putting too much stake into the guys name for the sake of his name. Turns out I was wrong, he was worth it, and has the rings to prove it. In Ernie Accorsi we trust.

Along those same lines though, Joey Bosa seems like a bad deal, Nick seems to be showing similarly bad traits. That is my point.

you went on a tirade about attitude re the Bosa family though. it was pretty on point. own it lol :laughing

Tonight’s Raiders vs 49ers game is brought to you by; Ty-D-Bol, America’s favorite toilet bowl cleaner.

Nah, you’re reading what you want to, not what I said. You are conveniently ignoring the part about how he has spent most of his career injured. I did say Joey’s holdout was stupid ego shit, but that is because the Salary is fixed for rookies. Holding out games just doesn’t make sense. Similarly, guys who are injured all the time are usually soft minded. They don’t play with toughness. They put their personal wellbeing ahead of their contribution for the team.

This is what I am saying about him with the nonsense holdouts and constant injuries. It says he is a, “Me,” guy. Based on the things that Nick is now doing, it looks like he is the same way, “me first.” Anybody that says Eli is one of those guys clearly hasn’t been paying attention the last 13 years. He has the most ideal personality for a QB. Quiet, hard as nails, uninterested in drama or sound bites for the media to fuck with, even when a guy like Tikki Barber or Odell makes some questionable comments about him, he doesn’t even bite a little bit. The guy shows up to every game like he is made of steel and has a personality to match.

Nick mullens s da new Jimmy G, you started nfl career 4/4 with a TD. dizzzzzzzamn

@Eldirty
C’mon, man, everybody’s an individual. They can be grouped together after we get to know them but everyone deserves a chance. Like Eli, ya know?

Raiders are playin for that high pick.

this is real bad, cromartie is rofl right now, lookat all the missed assignments with all the rookies, players only starting 2nd time ever, 10 players on special teams :rofl

did you see the 1/2 time show, they just show highlights and go wtf is this defender doing, hes not going high low, just sitting there doing NOTHING :wtf:wow:nchantr:teeth

Wouldn’t be surprised if the Raiders fire their D coordinator.

And that O line is shit too.
