I'll be avoiding Bell. I bought a model called the Leviathan with a giant squid on it (intended as a sneaky joke on a friend who's new to riding) and the thing opens up in the wind when he looks over his shoulder and the side of the visor pops off when opening or closing. It was quite a bit less expensive than the model you showed, but it's completely useless and sits in my garage collecting dust.

Might also check out helmet skinz. It's just a tube sock for your lid basically. I see orange "safety orange" personalized ones on the lower right for sno-X helmets, but they look just like a moto helmet to me, and it's $29.95.

Does anybody have any experience with these?

Are they easy to clean? Are there any other places that don't have such awful designs?

I used to have one from Skullskins.net...got rid of it after a while. The sticker that goes on your visor is difficult to line up right without getting bubbles and ripples (one size fits all = doesn't fit any perfectly) I ended up having to slice a couple little lines in it so it would smooth out...which then made the perforations overlap and you could see obvious lines where I'd done so to make it sit smooth. It's difficult to see out of at night, though fine during the day, but the cover also interferes with your visor closing completely as there's a flap on the top that wraps from the outside to velcro onto the inside, right about where your forehead hits. Not a big deal if you're cruising around town, but if you're on a sportbike on the freeway, you feel the wind in your face a lot more. Crack your visor open just a hair while you're riding and ride around like that, and you'll see what I mean. I got rid of mine and won't be buying another one anytime soon.

edit - the one I had was "The Puppet" (doll from the Saw movies) and on closer look on their website, it MIGHT be a slightly different design from their other covers. They're pretty cheap so not really too big a deal (about $45 for skin + visor sticker) if it doesn't work out.
