Made it out to Treasure Island / Throttle Island yesterday. Great event as it blends riding with a friendly, social environment. There were a couple Kawasaki K900RS and a Ninja in pristine condition. Team Green looks like they are having a ton of fun.

DTRides and I met up on HWY 36 today.
The weather was PERFECT and there is a TON of new asphalt being laid down.
The entire section from the west side of Mcclellan Mountain (just east of Bridgeville) to the old 1 lane section past Larabee Valley.
About 15 miles worth of FRESHness.
We had lunch at the Family Dairy in Hayfork. It's the only food place open on Sunday in Hayfork right now.

Have you ever had any of Tom’s wine? It’s top notch. I had dinner once with Tom and friends. Good guy. And he’s also a top notch vascular surgeon. He used to practice at Stanford.
He also put himself through medical school by selling a patent he had on a clutch design to Honda. It’s still used today.
