Ha ha..First ride on that bike in almost a year. Reminded me how badly it needs proper rear shock and a taller seat. Shock is $$$ with slim chance of finding a used shock at a deal. Oh well

Lake Barryessa, at a lonely rest stop on a warm Friday (back in mid-September).
Long ride for me from S.F. But it fast became one of my favorites.

And boy do we need some snowfall/rain this season. That lake is about 1/4 mile from the shore limit.

Yesterday was overcast and cold so no ridng. I thought it was supposed to rain today and went outside and it was nice out. About 67 degrees.

So I took the thrasher out and did my usual Mines Road/Junction run.

Coming back random pic





Down at the bottom since it was so nice out I figured I would ride some more. But I best stop and take a pee first. Pretty exciting stuff eh?

So I stopped here and mosied on down by that tree.

The deer carcass I can understand. But the fish seems very out of place here. Weird.


A couple more random vineyard pics. I am about 2 or 3 weeks too late to get really good colors. Also looking in to the sun.

I turned around at this point around at least a mile from the top because I saw the cars spinning tires trying to turn around and I thought I would get tired of going slow and duck walking. Fun.
