PHP Update

There's a nasty PHP RCE (Remote Code Execution) exploit running around causing web site operators to make mad dashes to mitigate and/or update the PHP language runtime.

Figured the ops might like to know so they can look into it.

I did not follow this at first, but after hearing about it on BBC this AM I am now getting it.
