At 2:33ish you can see him coming up and trying to pass some other riders on the outside edge of the track like he's got to be somewhere in a hurry. This of course is after he already blew T6 trying to play ricky racer on a parade lap, so I would think he'd exercise a little discretion after that, but apparently I would be wrong!
