I love Firefly/Serenity. Great show. It was first for me, as in best.

However, earlier sci/fi-western themes abound well before Capt. Mal Reynolds could, "Find a crew. Find a job. Keep flying."

A favorite was Outland (1981) with Sean Connery as a space station marshal. Before that Westworld (1973) with Yul Brenner.

Call Audi first thing in the morning. Earliest you'll probably be able to get it is Thursday, unless they actually happen to have one in stock, which is unlikely.

in the meantime I actually "cleaned" the switch... small shop-Vac sucking, and wiggled it with a screwdriver a little bit. It works (contacts) MUCH quicker and easier right now!!! :wow surprised :wow
 
In today's episode of living with a psychopath: leaving a wad of empty plastic grocery bags in one of the shelves in fridge. Also leaving an empty, albeit clean, tupperware container in the fridge. Who does that?

I'm driving around in the Mission and it's not too bad in the small stores. Even found parkings twice! 😆

I'm thinking this is some mall-with-parking effect... ... Everyone going to the mall? While the small places and streets are more empty?
 
Could be, haven't been to a mall in forever, so I have no idea how that looks, but the mission merchants have blamed the bike lane for their business being down. Could be, could just be everyone go laid off and left or isn't spending money like they used to.
