He limped away with just bumps and bruises...again.
His bike appears to be repairable, mostly cosmetic.

looks like the harley protected him... spill sideways probably...
 
He had to lay 'er down to avoid children in the street... maybe just a bitchin power slide. :laughing
He recently installed crash bars. He said they saved his motor and his leg.

Well that's not too bad and a decent reason to laying it down. Better than not reacting quick enough and being on the 7 o'clock news about some kids that got mowed down.

In 17 years, I think I've been down on the street 4 times? Last was about 6 years ago but that's mainly because once I started working from home, I'm not putting in the same number of miles.

Does anyone know I can show up at the Costco and just ask them for two fronts tire balancing?

Actual offs on my bike on the street, I've had two, the bike has in fact been on the ground more than that however, because I'm occasionally an idiot :laughing
 
Basically I didn't buy them from Costco. Just wondering about separate balancing, while I shop.

As for the idiot part, considering I owned a (street) bike with a Kickstarter I probably shouldn't have tried to kick It that one time when I hadnt put my helmet on (but was on my elbow) and the bike was slightly off-balance :laughing
 
Well, I was gonna try to get to the mission rec center ealier, but here I am. Gonna get my shoes on and walk over and hope it's not too crowded.
 
went to Richmond Costco, got gas and shelves to replace the falling apart plastic ones in the garage. Would of got a dog but FC line to long for me.
