time to prepare to go to pizza.


I saw a real dork do idiot-car-maneuvers this morning. Some guy with a ... luxury Porsche big SUV (Cayenne). First he dropped off his (teen) daughter, by: slightly pulling over to the side.. but ONLY 1 foot - and then turning on the emergency flashers and blocking traffic.

then when she left ... he pulled out , 3 car lengths, past me - and started signaling left. Then, proceeded to do a U- T-turn in the middle of the block, near a crest :facepalm with full traffic in each direction on the tight street.

Lo and behold , another Porsche SUV, white instead of black, comes up behind me and needles in front of his nose, in opposite traffic , while he's in the middle of the T-turn in reverse. :facepalm

Wow! I was thinking most of all here weren’t that old. I bought that album when it was first released. I still have the vinyl. I also have a digital copy and played it the other day while sitting on my front porch one evening. I’m listening to the cut ‘Love” right now. Classic psychedelic music.

Bass Strings is now playing. I need some acid.
 
Getting ready to go into work early tonight for more training. Gonna be my first time driving the autonomous vehicles so that should be interesting. But also, gonna be a long one.

Those two songs were always in my favorites list but they took on special meaning for me after I started riding.

sigh... I drove for a bit and forgot to do the one errand in that one location south of SF... :facepalm ...at least did other errands tho
 
I too had a long but satisfying day. Kudos to UC system for recognizing same sex couples before it was a thing,
