after riding for three hours i get a headache; i think it's from either my glasses or ear plugs. i have been using some 23+ decibel foamies but i think they might be too tight in my ear. i bought some 19 decibel foam and also 19 decibel silicone to see if that's the ticket.

i think i have some hearing damage from reusing the same set of foamies for a few months at a time...

Get the custom molded. They don’t put pressure on your ear canals. And don’t fully depreciate foamies, dork.

But also the laser lights by Howard Leigh are soft and 30db I think. That said: Kaiser custom molded have changed my life based on sheer comfort.

Those are the ones I got! The other new ones I got are alpine. Apparently they are only good for around 100 uses
