one parking cart, was literally at the car in front of me (also forgotten about this parking) and another one was behind me, entering the plate into the handheld device!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there are a few flies in my house. Does anyone else have flies in your home?
Sometimes but I live where there are horses and cattle in the vicinity. When I had horses right next door it was RUDE.

My wife absolutely loved the Greek islands. Her favorites were Santorini and Mykonos. She went there eight times before we met and then we went two times. Here’s where we stayed on Santorini.

I don’t see myself craving kale but it could happen.
Denise!!!! When is this cobbler festival?
Mike, glad that back is easing up.
Kiddos getting better is … better .

Melissa, I’m sorry about work stress I know it’s difficult.

Yesterday I realized my brain can’t focus enough to even carry a coherent conversation. I think it needs defragging.

Sorry, got a phone call and hit reply too early. I would recommend getting here early if you want food and a good parking spot. Some years they have sold out. Lots of food and crafts. The whole concept started with our local Lion's club and the club's president. She made an amazing blackberry cobbler. She passed away several years ago and the club decided to put on a festival celebrating this dessert. It is a great fundraiser for the club and helps out the community. It is fun. I'll be there to visit and see friends early.

It was. It’s built into old wine caves on the edge of the cauldera. And in some of the rooms, you can hear the donkeys making their way to Oia. On my first visit, the taxi driver dropped us off in the parking lot and pointed out the path down to the villas. When I walked to the beginning of the path and I could see all the villas and entire cauldera, I thought I’d been transported to a different planet. The place is truly magical. And apparently Perivolas has made the cover of Conde Nast Traveller magazine more than once.

I have a photo of the two of us, in the pool at the edge, looking out over the cauldera.

It costs to stay there but it was well worth it. And it was a short walk into town where we had a choice of fine restaurants to choose from and nice shops to browse in. One we discovered was dedicated to Native American art, which was a surprise to find. Since I had a Native American flute with me, and the music the shop owner was playing was in the right key, I played my flute for him and another customer. They were mesmerized.

Welcome to elderly. :(

It’s not all that bad. Sure, your body changes and so too must your interests also change and adapt. You will find new things to do. Though I still suffer from the effects of my stroke, I still enjoy my life as I get close to 75 years.
