Solid. Braitos Marina is close by which means the marina the Zodiac sailed from is close by. The area by the Golf course is nice...the course is a bit shitty, but overall, Buckingham is one of, if not THE nicest place on the lake...but I'm biased AF.

I should buy that place.

Not much really, but the pond smells like shit starting around late July/ August. That being said, it's got a nice boat ramp/ park/ dock access not 300 yards away or so. Buckingham is an excellent zip code to have in CL.
