Anyway, back home and carried 🍗 🐔 on a bicycle 😆 I arrived Drenched 😂.
Man, it's nice outside and people , are shiny, happy people, sunbathing !

Welp, there goes my day, the clog is in a shared drain pipe in the common area so now I have to wait for the wheels of homeowners association bureaucracy to deliver a plumber. And since the sink already burped up a bunch of gross stuff I'm hesitant to leave in case it decides to flood the place. However, that would mean the HOA would have to pay for the flood damage, free remodel?

I’m assuming you used the garbage disposal to get rid of the gross stuff.

My wife used to put potato and cucumber peelings down our disposal, resulting in a big clog. After a couple trips under our home and a face full of dirty water and garbage, I finally convinced her that disposals can’t handle everything. Especially raw food.

It'ys be a weird bathroom sink with a garbage disposal. I've removed the sink from the equation for now so I can keep emptying the bucket as water from upper floors flows into it. Easier to drain the bucket than bail out the sink.

Fun way to spend a day off...

strong cuppa joe and some dark chocolate, laundry drying and the cat is on the neighbors lawn waiting for a gopher to pop up.

3 hour nap for the twinz means the koifather got an hour nap and was able to marinate a ham for dinner.

Progress however slight

Have you tried it snaking from the straight pipe after the ptrap? Once I did that.

Also, hi ominous sky.

Interesting viewpoint,.I personally rather not deal... But if you think it'd work out well...then...maybe ,?!
Don't have a snake and don't wanna touch the common area pipe as I'd be liable if I somehow managed to move the clog and flood someone else's unit...
