I’m in the hospital where they do unspeakable things to me. hopefully I get to go home tomorrow.

My dad had one earlier this year.

He just thought it was indigestion when it happened and got some Tums.

2 days later when he couldn't breathe or lay down, he rode his motorcycle to the hospital and found out he almost died.

I found out a few days later when my cousin in Tennessee let me know he needed a ride.

so no, I was not kidding .

After a week without any I then had ice cream Sunday, Monday, and yesterday. Went with the intention of having just one scoop but each time ordered two. Must have crack in that shit, might need an intervention.
Don’t drink coffee though but expresso is my favourite ice cream flavour.

It did help a little. I wonder if I just need stretching. I basically can't turn and bend left/right a bit. Aside from the piercing pain every now and then when I walk.
