Good morning! I think all of us have added anxiety about our futures.
I find myself feeling old and frail all of a sudden.
Today is another big tide day then we can relax a little.
A distant relation of mines husband of 35 years fell down the stairs and broke his neck. He died quickly but. I’m just going to say, Budman, cherish Prince for yielding so that your staircase adventure didn’t end worse.
I flew off a cliff on my mtn bvike back in college. Same thing, no insurance. I laid on an ice block for three hours. Couldn't really walk for a few days as I tore a giant muscle that allows your leg to lift and compressed four vertebrae. I ended up going on a massively brutal backpacking trip two weeks later. But I feel it every day now.I fell off a porch as a teen trying to break into my house when I locked myself out. Landed on a bicycle and borked my back. I remember crawling up the stairs and just laying there until my mom got home.
First time I smoked a joint for pain.
No health insurance so just kind of dealt with it. Wonder if that's when I literally broke my spine that I just had repaired 25+ years later.
Never bothered me other than what I assumed was just back pain from getting old.I flew off a cliff on my mtn bvike back in college. Same thing, no insurance. I laid on an ice block for three hours. Couldn't really walk for a few days as I tore a giant muscle that allows your leg to lift and compressed four vertebrae. I ended up going on a massively brutal backpacking trip two weeks later. But I feel it every day now.
I had a routine blood panel drawn yesterday morning and got a message back from my Dr so I just asked her what I oughta do. The magnesium citrate I took yesterday evening has helped somewhat. Maybe I should ask ValgarSeems like calling an advice nurse might be a good idea.

I am glad you approve, because the next one was gardening. That sounds more budmany
