I had my first trackday mishap a couple months ago and am ready to build the bike into a dedicated track machine. I also want to do some AFM races next year. The crash looked nasty for a 50-60mph lowside (the bike slid for a long way and did a pancake-flip just before it came to a stop) but once I stripped it down and removed the obviously-damaged parts, it really isn't all that bad. It was ridden from the site of the crash back to the paddock even though the front brake reservoir wasn't there anymore.
I was just wondering about the possible damage that may not be immediately visible and if there are any standard precautionary checks or inspections you would do before taking the bike back out on the track. I figured I would go straight to the pros with this question since most of you guys probably have the most experience with getting a bike back up to par after a crash.
