Ok this question may seems stupid but is not. If you're alone and nobody can help you. How can I install a race stand by myself?
tx

Does your bike have swingarm spools? Are you asking how to hoist the rear with a rearstand, or install spools, or what, clarify pls

whats the question?
"install" as in assemble a stand...
or lift a bike using a stand.

Either way, its always been a one person job.

Yes, how do I lift the bike by myself with a rear stand without dropping the bike

Position rear stand on swing arm. Push down.

Not that hard. You're not 'lifting' the bike, you're leveraging it up, by pushing down on the rear stand.

Mine lifts right of the side stand.

A bit on the pricey side though.

But for my other stand I just hold my bike verticle standing next to it, position the stand in the spools and then step behind as I push down. Haven't had it fall yet.

I stand on the left side of the bike facing the rear, then hold the bike vertically against my left hip with my left hand while pushing the stand down with my right hand. Sounds complicated, but it's a piece of cake and only takes a couple of seconds.

helps to use a brick or something to put under the kickstand so that the bike is a more vertical and easier to lift.

i don't have a pitbull stand and mine is a two person job since the angle of the stand is GHEY! Its such a steep angle that it needs alot of leverage to get down to the ground. But hey, it was only 70 bucks :thumbup But a pitbull is easy...what OldFatGuy said :thumbup

+1 on several of the recommendations above... A big thing is confidence that you are not going to drop the bike while doing it...

I use my left hand on the rear seat to stand it (the bike) upright while I get the stand in position with my right hand... Note that I let the bike's weight stay a little on the kickstand side just in case I need to just let go; that way the worst case scenario is that the bike lands on its kickstand, and there's no harm no foul.

Just stay comfortable while doing it, and you'll get confidence to do it quick every time... It's a practice and confidence thing. Time will make you better.

Go slow letting the bike off the stand, it isn't that hard to do it right, but if you let the bikes weight pull itself off the stand while you use your body to keep the bike upright the handle (Pitbull) goes right into and shatters the rear light assembly.

Um, found this one out first hand. Go slow is all.
