Was planning to ride rayhouse rd/rd40 of of rt16. Does anyone know if this rd is open to non plated dirtbikes or plated bikes only? Been searching threads but everyone is on a ds or adv bike

I would like to ride Reiff road starting by going through knoxville ohv area this saturday. May be doing some exploring up there , going to Buck Island...
