1- Have you used this product?
2- If so what was your results? (try to be specific)
3- Would you buy this product again or recommend it to a friend?

Tried it. Didn't notice a difference. You can try sea foam through the fuel or add it to a vacuum line too.

I've used it years ago in a supercharged engine.

there was alot of valve deposit from arco, mobil gasoline.

it reduced the valve deposit by 90%

verified with my own eyes.

I used to put a bottle in my car every 20k miles. then I noticed if I use only chevron or 76 gas (premium) valve deposits will not build up.

Try this website. www.bobistheoilguy.com . Tons of info. Redline is recommended and so is Gumout Regane on this site. I believe Chevron fi cleaner w/ techron as well. If you do decide Redline, get the FI cleaner bottle for autos. For the price you pay for that little bottle for motos, you get more with the bottle for autos. Same stuff, different packaging.

I use their "Hoof Cleaner" on my Unicorn...

I wonder this...

If some product is so wonderful why don't 8th graders in Ohio use it as a basis for their science project?

If there is a way to turn water into some miracle fuel or some product that negates 10 years of proper maintainence on farm equiptment you could bet that it would show up at a local science fair.

Unless that you think that every farmer and their children are part of some huge conspiricy....

The Redline stuff is really good as it contains 30-50% of PolyEther Amine (PEA), which is a powerful solvent. Redline is one of the few who still use the good stuff to clean out deposits.

Regane used to be good, but their product no longer contains PEA. Don't bother buying it any more. It's too environmentally friendly...

I can honestly say I use that product (red line). Although not enough. There are plenty of those treatments out there from chevron, sea foam, etc. I havent used them all, but I HAVE noticed a difference in performance with the redline. Smoother idle, and a smoother transition from idle to acceleration. The toyota truck I drive was never known for its smooth idle and can deff say there is a marked improvement. I remember some of the bottles few years back said to add a few ounces per x amount of gallons. I never did.. just added the whole bottle, then filled up the tank. I use 2 bottles for 2 or 3 full tank cycles. I havent used it on my bike, and never felt I needed to. So from experience, the red line for me, works very well.:thumbup

I think ill pick up the FI one for my 350z and ninja. You never fully know what was neglected during previous ownership. I'll throw a little into both for reassurance that everything is now clean or cleaner :p

If you think that's good, try the miracle gro with rogaine!

(I don't know why anyone wastes their money on this shit)

Ethanol increased carbon build up, stop and go driving, short warm up cool down cycles.. if it makes a noticeable differance its not a waste. If mentally one feels better using it, then good for them

i love redline products.

Recommended: Oil change after using a bottle of Techron. Not exactly sure why, but I'll use up a bottle of Techron (three tanks) about 1000 miles before an oil change. No telling what the rest of those products do. No telling where the loosened deposits go; hopefully out the exhaust.

Point being, understand what your adding to the fuel does, and the side effects.

Where did you get this idea?

I was getting some feed back from local machine shops. Also some of the shop techs were finding more carbon build up on maintained engines. I havent seen more issues personally, just what I heard.
