Rider down today on 880 anyone know him? what happened?

I was driving my big roll off truck today when I noticed a bike on the side of the road (a cruiser) What happened? I hope hes ok. This was during rush hour on 880 near the dumbarton bridge exit. THe paramedics were loading him up. I wonder if he tried to lane split on that big bike and he got hit?

He must have got hit,it must have happened just before I got on 880 from Decoto.I saw a guy in a flat bed block the slow lane with his truck and was attending to the guy on the shoulder.His bike was still in the middle of the Hwy and there was a very big gouge in the freeway that led to where his bike was laying.There was also a suv stopped on the Hwy as well,the cops were not there yet he looked like he was in major pain hope all is good for him.

I can understand how it can be funny... usually when someone posted, "Hey, the white Busa on 101, looks good." But come on...
