Room needed in Oceanside/Coronado area

My neice has accepted a job in the Oceanside Coronado area starting in April. She is looking to rent a room.

Mali is a very responsible 26 year old Marine Biologist and will be moving down from Alaska.

If anyone has or knows someone who has an available room for rent please let me know and I will forward her contact info.

Oceanside to Coronado is about a 45 miles apart. Already have job?
If so, location would help, particularly if job is in SD.

Youngest Son went to school down there (and my money) and stayed there several years after graduating, knows the area pretty well. He lives in Santa Monica now but is currently back down in San Diego for a bit. He said he'd check with friends. Maybe something will turn up.

Yea, Coronado to Oceanside, that's a long ways apart. Going south (Oceanside to Coronado) would be pretty miserable as a commute.

One of the big problems with San Diego is that unlike LA, there's really pretty much only one way to get wherever you're going. So, if that road is packed, you're kind of stuck.

There's also a several universities in SD (UCSD, Cal State notably), so that may well help in getting a room.
