Rossi, what else?

I like Hodgson but.....He's was riding one of only two true factory bikes in SBK so it will be very hard to predict how he will do.
My guess is that he'll be a top ten rider but the competion is so strong he may not get any podiums.

Maybe we should have a Fantasy GP league for all of us bench racers or some kind of scoring system for our preditions.
That might be fun.

That's not a bad idea.

I'm in.

I'm game for fantasy GP!! :laughing

Hodgson will be on a Ducati satellite team, so he will not be on the latest bike w/ the best parts, most likely Bayliss or Capirossi's bike from this past season....I too would like to see him in the top 10....

You also have to remember that with Biaggi his only real concern is Rossi. He is intimidated by him. Rossi plays so many mind games with biaggi and causes him to lose focus. If Rossi isn't there, Biaggi may gain some confidence and relax a bit, giving him the edge to finish races more.. maybe a lot more..

Let's play for money! I'm in. Screw bragging rights. Nothing says "I win" better than taking your money.

Everyone has good opinions on next years battle.

Max Biaggi....
Well, then lets start. Fresh from GP250's, he landed a deal with 500cc Honda on the Ken K's team. Ken's team was able to provide Max with a REALLY good set up. He almost won the title, ON THE FIRST YEAR, in the 500GP class. I think he was disqualified for some stupid reason.....I just remember it pissing me off. He did thou, make a bad decision on signing with Yamaha. Well, he then became the crash dummy for Yammmaaaahaa.

My point on Max. If Max get a REALLY good team, he should be within the top 6, better yet, top 3 (where he should be). He is pretty much consistant and know what to do.

Now, Colin E. This guy...you guys talk alot about complaining, you should hear this guy talk. I pretty much think that he should have been more aggressive when he was on the RC45. He could have won atleast 1 title from that machine. Colin didn't really hussle until Honda lit that flame under his ass. Title fight....2004.

Bayliss, well.....that guy is a do'er. He will go out there and JUST DO IT, regardless of his set up. He rides 150%. I have nothing bad to say about the guy. I just hope he doesn't get seriously injured next season. Expect him to have more then a few podiums. Title fight...2004

Well, Loris Capirossi. This guy has heart. He is also one of the bang'd up mo'fo. I did enjoy his 125 and 250 days. But, in terms of winning a title, dunno yet. For sure, he will step on the podium more then once. Title fight....2004

Hodgson. He has Euro track experience, a BIG plus. As long as pre-season testing goes good, he will be a contender. But as far as a title, 2-3 years down the line....sorry buddy, you'll need a factory ride to do it. Title fight, 2006.

Well now, Mr Ruben Xaus. I heard that he got a GP ride next year.....is it true??

Nicky Hayden....you know my view on him. Expect great things, more podiums, except for the title. I say he should take it in 2005. But, I could be a year off.

Melandri. That kid. I have never seen him crash so much. Another Yamaha crash test dummy. If he gets healthy....Rossi help...damn, it is going to be a crazy ass 2004. I expect a few podiums from the guy. Podiums yes, title no. Title fight 2005-2006.

Valentino Rossi.....3 months of squeezing the shit out of that M bike, should result in some stunning lap times. The machine has the speed, now finally has the right rider. Title give'ith....2004.

Oh yeah, Sete. Well, He and Colin will be duking it out....on and off the track. I see these two personalities clashing. I know forsure these two will not share anything. Sete will provide very stunning shows. He will be a top contender forsure. Again, it will come down to point for 2004.

Carlos Checca....retire buddy....retire.

Alex Barros....retire buddy....retire.

Tohru....see ya' later. Good luck!

I did leave out Hopkins, KR JR, Tamada, Nakano (soon to be Kawi), Jacque ????, Aoki, Pitt.....and others....who knows. All these guys are all good guys. Dunno what is going to happen. We all know the bikes they are on. For these guys, it will all depend on the machines.....thats all.
