True, but there are a multitude of TUF shows now. I agree that there are still a lot of awesome fights, and I watch the large majority of them, but between that and everything else I got going on, it's much harder to keep up on everything and everyone.

Fight Pass and DVR makes that a lot easier for me. I can't dedicate every Saturday night of my life to watching UFC fights.

Attracting new fans to a sport can be difficult-soccer for example.
I love the fact that RR was a catalyst for mma popularity and the fight game. Sure the hype was also a money maker but that's the plan-expand, increase viewers, attract new talent and entertain the masses.
