After a bit of searching we found our lunch stop.
Iggy's and Squiggy's right at 208. There was shit for signage, but the place was cool.
Walking in I told the guys unholster your weapons.


Walking in the door right above the bar where you order food there was a vibe to be had.

Dinner was with C14 and N4te. I got a great low down on Alaska and no pic.

But I did get a pic of his Alaska sled.. which looked like it had not just spent almost a month on the road. If you have not seen his trip report.. DO EEEEAT!

Yup... no pool toys though. Nobody jumped in with full gear either
Temps were comfortable for sure.

Seems staff may have been bringing their families there too, because I can't believe a family of 8 would be in Hawthorne

I can...just not staying at the hotel.

Although I remember in years past the locals always seemed to have access to the pool too somehow.

all men this year … perhaps if we do Hawthorne again next year, we’ll do better, female wise. my motorcycle riding wife has attended Hawthorne in the past, but she was traveling back east for this event.
