Any leads to buy the below part for my AGV K3 SV. Actually, I don't know what it is called to search on the web, much appreciated your help.

You would need to contact AGV direct for that part. It's not something readily available and is typically a warranty-type item.
 
Sometimes that's the kind of stuff that the shop who sells them have lying around. For instance, at Scuderia a million years ago, we had piles of side pods and breath guards at the ready.
 
Rear neck diffuser? AGV is owned by Dainese. The last time I was at the SF D-Store they had a wall full of AGV helmets. Maybe you can call them.
