Rather than snark, how about link actual data / knowledge / resources demonstrating why his impressions of the vaccine are just a little off and reassure him they're actually safe?

I would assume the reason the OP is seeking a "like minded pediatrician" is because his current pediatrician has already tried and failed.

So rather than shaming people for shaming the OP, maybe YOU could offer some constructive advice ;)
