Bought my RF-1100 a month ago and thought I would share my feedback.

First, this is the best fitting helmet i've ever worn. I've had Suomy, Shoei and Arai's. My previous favorite was the Soumy for its venting but it was a very loud helmet.

The RF-1100 fits really snug on my head, but is still comfortable. I have a pretty narrow face and the cheek pads are fairly tight. As far as padding is concerned, it would be nice to get softer cheek pads but they may break-in a bit as well.

The venting on this helmet is also the best of any helmet i've tested. There are two up front and two in the back. All four vents give a noticeable difference in venting that you can feel on your scalp.

The front vent doesn't seem to work quite as well and i found myself constantly cracking the visor to stop it from fogging up.

Noise is better than average with a visor system that snaps closed and draws it into the rubber seal making it fairly quiet. I did get some whistling on the freeway around 80mph, but it looks like it has gone away after i adjusted the front visor to close tighter.

Drawbacks:
-Price
-the noise the visor system makes when you open it sounds very cheap, plastic-like
-lots of fogging on the visor

Overall, a very good buy and the best helmet i've owned to date.
