Shop space available near Point Richmond. Rent is $900 each person per month, plus about $40 more each for insurance and utilities. To be shared with another easy-going moto hobbyist with several bikes.
The space is off Richmond Parkway near Point Richmond in an industrial property with day and night tenant activity, fenced with security cameras 24-7. Running water in the shop, M & W bathrooms on site. The shop has a giant roll-up door, a storage loft, and lots of street parking. A decent taco truck comes by every weekday in the AM and at lunch.
Looking for a motorcycle or vehicle hobbyist that wants to work part-time on bikes or one car. Storage of several bikes also a possibility. Must be a responsible adult with low key vibe, your own tools, and a sense of humor. No drugs or indoor tobacco use. Beer welcomed. Six month minimum commitment. Available Nov 15th.
