What the fack does he do anyway ?? He seems, in my opinion anyway, the most useless commisioner of the major sports leagues in North America. Even friggin Bud Selig (total idiot commish of MLB) seems to give somewhat of a damn about the sport he is the main rep for.

IMO he's a puppet for making the NBA more popular. The NHL and NBA fight for air time, which was starting to favor the NHL until the NBA lockout...what does Buttman do? NHL has a work stoppage and a shortened season. Then three years ago a non-season. not to mention he used to work for the NBA as well...f-Bettman.
