My wife is almost 34 weeks and is freaking out that we aren't ready for the baby, but I guess that attitude will change
 
Keep the little guy in there! Some of them need more time in the oven than others.

She has been yelling at me to get my hair cut because I am going to be a father, but have a pretty sweet mullet started and I am going to have three months of work, so when else can I grow out the beard and hair again?

The baby is due right before my last set of law school finals and bar prep. Unfortunately the obgyn was wrong when she said it would probably take a few months to get pregnant after being on birth control for so long, when in reality it took all of a week :laughing
 
My wife is ready to go, had her 40 week appt this morning. Have been walking a bunch, but still no real change from her appt a week ago.
 
One of the big catch 22s is that stress can hinder labor...so the more stressed out and anxious the woman is the less likely she is to go in to labor (to a point, obviously). "I'm done! Get this thig outta me!" = bad for making it actually happen sooner rather than later! :laughing
 
God it is so nice to be old with Grand kids, just wait till the hot flashes!

There's also no such thing as 'being ready' for the first one anyway. Sure, you can think you are, but you aren't. :zzz
 
Oh man, my girl is just in her 16th week, I am not looking forward to the last bit of pregnancy.

On the other hand, her sex drive just came back this past weekend and we've been fucking like bunnies, it's fan-fucking-tastic. Thanks lil' baby!
 
Skip's! Just ate there last weekend, no contractions yet though. :p

The rest room at Skip's has a Bathtub Zen Garden. Kinda reminds one of a Hot Tub Zen Garden...
