I'm selling this unique exotic Rotax motored beast. Its STREET LEGAL. I just did the SheetIron Enduro and it was awesome!

Selling because I am buying another bike in 2014 and I need to sell two bikes. I have 5 currently. Too many!?

I have decided to sell the ATK. Its a difficult decision but its the responsible choice.

The bike has new spares that I bought after the enduro to Ft Bragg/Mendocino in May.

Did I mention STREET LEGAL 600cc motorcycle?

Its electric and kick start. Its also AIR COOLED! Yeah... No worries about water spilling or radiator damage from falls or whatever.

$2900 with spares. This is a super deal.

Ready to ride. WP Suspension. Talon Hubs. Answer bars. Ride something cool get attention.

Miguel

Damn, if I could ride...

Good luck selling this beast, I know you worked hard getting her in fine shape!

Exotic?
That thing's made in Utah!
:D
These are so cool! And you get to join a helluva club. :cool

More pics?

Can ya post a few more pics?

Thanks

Miguel, you should post a link to your re-build/rescue thread. This bike is amazing (I saw it briefly as it whizzed past me during the Sheetiron). The price is VERY reasonable, too. If I didn't already have a plated dirty bike (two, actually) I would be all over this.

Pics as of 5 min ago in my garage.

Can we look at it this weekend? :) And do you have the turn signals or is the wiring still there for the turn signals?

Sure....Sunday is good. Saturday I am not available. The wiring is there for the turn signals.

Thanks Miguel, I am waiting for the time when someone is coming to look at my R6 and then hopefully I can figure out a schedule with you. If not Sunday, I work in the city so maybe I can stop by after work?

1998? Weren't they still in LA? My 1991 was built here in Cali...

Fyi...i'm going to put the WR450 on the market and on CL. So if the Yamaha sells first I will keep the ATK. And of course....the same goes for the ATK.

I don't have a preference on which to keep. The ATK has its strengths and the WR has its strengths. I just need to sell one.

I will post up the Yamaha details soon.

How's parts availability?

American Dirtbike can hook you up with "almost" anything. Rear rotor is unobtanium, but the OEM unit is very stout. So long as pads are changed when necessary, it's going to last a long long time.

I've replaced the valves, piston, clutch basket, clutch, other bits and had no problems getting the parts. Motoexotica has some parts, American Dirtbike has parts and even ATK headquarters can be reached for parts. It really is amazing given the bike has never been made in significant numbers. Easier to get than Husaberg parts and they are only now going out of business.

Headlight plastic can be hard to find (I'm still looking for a period correct one).
