On the 07 gsxr 750, can I only use NGK CR9E or DENSO U27ESR-N?

I know that NGK and DENSO have 2 other choices (if the plug is apt to get wet or overheat) but compared to plugs for cars the prices for the CR9E were a whole lot more and weren't even irdium.

You can use other plugs but why? I have CR9E's for $5 each

O and car plugs and moto plugs are quite different

What he said.

You can look for other cross reference plugs, but the smarter option seems to be sticking with the stock option.

Not really, the plugs used in the BF225's I used to work on (basically the same engine in the Honda Odyssey converted for outboard use) were extremey similar to your typical modern SS engine plugs, and were $16 each. The plugs in my YSR, my KM100, and my VW are the same (with exception to heat range).

Changing the heat range doesn't seem like a good plan, if it's doing fine now.

Changing the manufacturer may have unintended consequences. Equivalents sometimes aren't.

I generally stick with the OEM NGK/Denso/whatever plugs.

keep the same heat range, just change the materials. instead of cr9e's get cr9eix's, they're iridium fine wires. little more money, but last a long time.

usually double as long as the bike doesnt have fuel or ignition issues.

I to have them for $5.00, but personally I op for the CR9EK for a couple of bucks more. This is the dual electrode version and in my opinion, helps give a little more kick.

The NGK cr9eix could be changed every 15k miles then? Because the normal plugs are suppose to be changed at 7.5k miles.

There are a lot of things to think of there. Race bikes I change plugs at least yearly. Street bikes I don't worry about that much. I look at the tip, the gap, and decide. I have gone way over the manufacture recommendation at times. Depends entirely on your driving style and the plug look. A commuter bike, properly carbureted is very easy on plugs. A bike ridden hard at high rpms is not.
