** SPOILERS!** Random Motorcycle thoughts unworthy of a new thread

Haven't ridden the F800 ST for about a year so decided to take it up to Healdsburg and back.

All was good, strong front brake lever until after Trenton/Healdsburg road when there was virtually no front brake.

Decided to jump on the freeway home and pumped the front brake and it would come back and then fade again.

Got to the River Road exit and had full front brake all the way home.

I think I'll have the 4 year old fluid flushed and everything lubed including piston calipers.

Don't want to take any chances.

Seriously considering selling my W650. I don't ride much any more. Too many recent moto deaths had me thinking as well.

What is the level where you are experienced, aware and smart enough to do the U turn BEFORE the damn bridge?
That's me.
Ride smarter, not harder.
What's the level where you go "Aw fuck it, I should have turned when I had the chance to do a 7-point turn. Now I guess I have to keep going into the zombie horde".

(I assume he turned because there's a zombie operating the camera)

My zx10r is really up there in mileage and I’d love to get a new one but pricing on new bikes is fucking outrageous

I have seen some nice used ones here.

What kind ya thinking Toe??

Still a spr0tbile man. Love it.
Wife and I totally want to get a gs1200/1250

I rode one during a Leod escapes tour in Germany, through Austria, into the Italian Aps. So much fun!!

Might know of a really good recent (2015) R1 for a good price. Super low miles; street bike built as a super stock bike. My old R1 that another BARFer owns. He may sell...not sure.

I really like the new S1000RR and the zx10r.

I’d for sure end up getting something used.

I have a '15 S1000RR and '24 GS1250A, can recommend them both :thumbup

My commute is a 10 mile twisty road and my GSA kicks the shit out of my S1000RR on that road. It's mostly due to the S1000RR having race suspension (gp carts, ttx). I love feeling the center stand kiss the asphalt as I'm leaned over hitting the slow part of the corner, only a couple of safe places to feel that but I'm fortunate to get it to and from work :ride

Amazing skills.
What bike is that? It's a Honda inline 4, but it looks smallish.
