Stock Thread 2018

I don't really invest with my stocks, but enjoy simply having some skin in the game. That said, I really am enjoying the company I just joined, Zscaler. Fun times!

Also, dipped in to PDD at around 18 with $1000 just for fun. That's been a wild ride. Should be good..
Almost did NIO but didnt have the balls to play.
Bought in on ZUORA the other day since its back near IPO prices. I like their solutions.
Otherwise in Tencent, long. Not feeling great about it right now, but time will tell.
Got in to BOX for a second, but its got no real future IMO.

Besides those, I pick a nice easy lifepath 2060 and call it a day. :)

Awhile back I mentioned txhd when it was .09.

Did anyone get in? If so congrats to you! You could probably buy a house today.

:wow:mad

Need to follow this thread better. How'd you hear/know about that one?

Acreage Holdings is going to IPO soon and is will be a good US based cannabis stock. Lots of talk and backed by big names. In 13 states already.

If you can figure out how to get a stock on the Canadian Securities Exchange, then Australis (AUSA) will also do well. It's a spin off of Aurora Cannabis and will only focus on US Cannabis market that is bound to go nuts once it becomes federally legal.

Please educate us on how SurveyMonkey built a moat with all the cash they've been blowing through then.

Why? I’m simply stating that even though a company isn’t making a profit doesn’t mean it’s a bad company to invest in.

Why turn this into a battle?

Yep, just need to pay attention and don't got too deep. No biggie, invest accordingly.

How did you come across TXHD?

The entire market cap of txhd is only worth a few houses. The company would have been worth only $300K at 0.09 per share.
If you had bought into this you likely couldn't even sell when you want with the tiny volume of shares traded per day.

Any clues on how to buy a stock on the CSE Canadian security exchange?

Schwab says gotta wait 40 days. A lady from the company parent company, Aurora Cannabis, said there’s ways.

Aurora Cannabis is spinning off a US based company called Australis Capital BUT only listing on the CSE. AUstralis will focus on the US cannabis market only. It’s gonna open Wednesday at 0.20 cents and bound to go up considering Tilray and Green Thumb Inc have done and Canopy Growth.

People are buying a speculation the US will go legal or more states will.

I’m calling some brokerages tomorrow to see how I can make this happen.

Ps. Organigram and MCIG are good buys and 6 month or longer holds, if interested.

How long before mining machines start flooding the used electronics section of Craigslist.

Why is that? Crypto is still doing well, just out of the public eye for now which is a good thing.

Leverage trading crypto is good times. 300 dollar swings when you're on the right side is amazing.

Byke I came across an article about them about a year ago and put it on my watch list.

Did you take your own advice and if so how big is the house you bought?

All you need to know is I'm up 460%

You have a point but that is why it's important to scale in and scale out.

Shit moves fast I invested $10k in Amazon and I'm up 3.5%. In the old days that would have been a decent year's return.

Enwave Corp (NWVCF) Only $1.17 currently

New dehydration technology. In several markets including cannabis, baby food, protein power. If you've seen Moon Cheese at costco or starbucks, it's their technology. They also own a majority stake in mooncheese brand.

Stock predicted to be $3.50 at end of year.
